Water Seal

The hydraulic guard equipment is used on the low-pressure gas recovery lines. It’s main function is to protect the process equipment from any backfiring through a water head.

A blower is part of the unit that facilitates the evacuation of residual gas, however, that the equipment from which the gas comes from go into depression.

Flow switches, temperature switches and level switches control the proper functioning of the equipment concerned by putting them in safety, and reporting the failure via alarms.
