History

Italfluid Geoenergy S.r.l. is an Italian services company that has been operating in the oil industry for over 30 years.

It mainly specializes in the following fields of activity:

Production testing of oil wells
Early production and long production test
Measures and checks in wells (read out, the memory gauge)
Gas Desulfurization
Design and mechanical engineering
Design, construction and maintenance of process plants and hydrocarbon processing.

In recent years it has expanded its activities abroad in collaboration with the other companies of the group.

Company Profile

Italfluid is an integrated Service Company which integrates Fields Operating Teams with Engineering and Manufacturing divisions. Equipment like: separators, heaters, choke valves, SDV valves, sand filters, injection units, flowlines, etc., including PLC control systems, are designed and constructed inhouse.

The integration Fields Teams – Engineering – Manufacturing allows the fully implementation of the continuous improvement cycle: on site experiences are transferred to the engineers, allowing them to analyse the event and optimise working procedure, process treatments and equipment design. Approved modifications are applied to the fabrications in the workshop and results, to close the loop, verified on site.

QHSE

The Operational Excellence is pursued through a solid QHSE Integrated Management System that defines the principles by which Italfluid conducts its operations worldwide. The strict observance of our QHSE Management System is the common culture for Italfluid people. This allows to delivery excellent services to our Customers and obtain safety records at excellent levels and the perfect customers’ satisfaction.

The Management System is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

As manufacturer, Italfluid is also certified ISO 3834, Steel Manufacture Process, and PED-Mod. H, for the construction of pressure vessels.
