Italfluid consists of a group of Italian private companies that carry out their activities domestically and abroad. Prof. Guido Soavi, formerly manager of Montecatini, research chemicals for drilling technology at the Research Institute "G. Donegani" MONTEDISON Mining and Professor of Chemistry at the University of Genoa, founded the first company in 1975 working with the drilling fluids and performing tests on geotermici.
